When people think of the Ford Model T they automatically think of Henry Ford, and/or the first car. The Model T may have been the first car to be made, but it wasn't Henry Ford who invented it. Henry Ford was not the only person to come up with the idea of making cars faster. He was actually inspired from 2 people who found had great manufacturing techniques, Eli Terry and Samuel Colt. Both of these men were trying to find ways to create a product that can be produced quickly and in mass quantities to make a profit by saving time and effort. This is how Henry Ford came to a great idea.
"One of the greatest discoveries a man makes, one of his great surprises, is to find he can do what he was afraid he couldn't do."
